All Trades - Senior Estimator

ESNY is looking for a senior estimator to work in our MEP or General Construction estimating department.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in cost estimating. Field experience is regarded highly and will be considered in conjunction with estimating experience. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to speak with clients on the phone in a clear and concise manner. All estimating is done in office. Travel 0-2 days per month.
Junior Estimator

ESNY is actively looking for a junior estimator to fill the ongoing needs of our busy senior estimators.
The ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or a related field. The position requires a high degree of knowledge in blueprint reading, Microsoft Excel and On-Screen Takeoff. This is an entry-level position. Required experience is 0-2 years at the junior level.
